Description

Keeps Winamp playing

This simple plug-in will watch for playback failure on either internet streams or local media and restart playback. On local media files it will attempt to seek playback to where it failed.

This appeared to do what was wanted though a tailoring of it to work for just local or internet streams would be nice to cover different usage needs.
