EAX 2.0 Output Plugin - EAX 2.0 Output Plugin with DirectSound3D, high quality resampling, and 32/64-band equalizer

EAX 2.0 Output Plugin with DirectSound3D positioning. A high quality SSE2 sinc resampler with adjstable frequency (24khz to 96khz) and a high quality SSE2/SSE3/SSSE3 32/64-band FIR equalizer is built in the plugin. Buffering, fading, crossfading, gaping controls and movements (animations) are supported as well. The plugin is totally written in x86 assembly language. The plugin will not work on Windows Vista without Creative ALchemy or Realtek 3D Sound Back (the OpenAL wrapper dll must be installed to the winamp directory).

This is untested as the review machine does not have the required audio. There is a basic readme which gives enough information about the plugin.
