Winamp Simple NowPlaying HTTP (Update) - NowPlaying - send the current playing song to a http server

This general purpose plug-in gathers information about the current playing song and sends it to a HTTP server via GET request. The information gathered is: Artist, Album, Title== UPDATE FIX 2011/10/01 ==Now special characters are supported!== UPDATE FIX 2011/11/02 ==Now the Winamp config directory is used to store the config.

This was tested against a SHOUTcast server to update it's title in v1 mode and this was able to do it as needed so it seems to work as expected.
