Winamp Staff Review

Pop-up track change notification window for classic skins (updated version).
Straightforward and nicely designed track-change notification plugin. Displays a pop-up window with the track id3 info... the fading and holding time can be configured. Updated version with better support for internet streams and files without title information.

a powerfull and lightwieght plugin. actually i have "Toaster", "cd art display" and winamp itself trying to update may msn "now playing". unfortunatelly winamp is unstoppable, and i need "CAD" to update may cover art in msn avatar (but it is so heavy loaded with skins and unneeded features and doesn't work every time) i hoppe one day "Toaster" could update msn avatar too.

Incompatible with Vista

This looks like it would be great plugin, but on vista, every notification end up with odd bright green highlights.

I needed a plugin that would display just the title + artist + rating in a single line. Toaster does it and let me position it so that the songinfo overlays my otherwise not used titlebar of the application.

Delightful addition to winamp

As a broadcaster you would find this likeably unpbtrusive, handy and just a nice touch to your station. It is by no means an imperative addition but most plug ins are like that...a great winamp cosmetic that borders on a requirement so 10/10 nice one.. use it all the time

This is the perfect plugin for Msn. Totally customizable, you can disable the alert windows if you want it.Operating with Radio streaming without any problem. Very recommend really. Enjoy it.

Damn fine plug in! Well thought through. The only option not available is that you can't set it to tell you the next song that will play 3 (or whatever) seconds before it starts. But only freaks like me would want that option. :)

A really slick plugin that does just what you want it to. Simple an easy to configure and super fast to install. if you like skinning your pc/winamp than this is a must-have install for you! I'll post my toaster notifier here soon so you know why I love it so much, have a great background + all the info about the song you want to know (you can decide by yourself what info toaster must display).5* for me, definitely

this is totaly awesome. + unlike other gen modules it actually removes the internet radio bit when im playing from shoutcast, which means its just the shit :P :O

This is just what I was looking for! I love knowing what song is playing without having to hover over the winamp icon. Does anyone know how this works when a Creative Zen Vision: M is connected? It comes in as "Internet Radio" and none of the information shows up. I hope someone knows so I can use this at work to keep me busy!

just installed this addon and it works flawless on my machine, i like the way the pop ups can be customised so that they can be changed by the user and not by the programmer.!!!!!!!!!!WINAMP ROCKS!!!!!

This is an amazing notification plugin! It's really nice being able to have it display album art too. All it needs is Unicode support once the Winamp 5.25 SDK gets released.
