This skin is base off the program created by VALVe called Steam, a program used to launch, update,and organize your Half-Life related games. A lot of people say this program sucks, well it doesn't the person using it sucks.

There is really nothing we haven't seen before on this skin, but it's probably good for beginners to use, and maybe Steam using people will like it. And the program doesn't suck itself, it's just extremely buggy.
