As a young boy Sean witnesses her younger sister's death, she gets run down by a drug lord. Over the years he tries to live a normal and becomes a pro with yo-yos.One day he accidentally discovers a secret basement in her Aunt's apartment in which his deceased ex military uncle used to work in. He finds a hi-tech suit which was intended for military use. He modifies it so it fits him and now he's going to avenge the murder of his sister.
