WinPlain ALLRES V1_4b - A Win 9X Media Player look-alike. V1.4b: corrected some color issues with WinAmp 5

HiRes Adaption of the old WinAmp2 skin "WinPlain", bringing the look and feel of the good old pre version 6 Media Player. All elements are redrawn at double size for optimum visibility in hi-res modes >= 1024x768! (if this is too big for you - use the MINIMODE feature!) V1.4a: Corrected the color settings for the brand new WinAmp 5 (nice work, guys!). I'm keeping an open ear for upgrading/enhancing suggestions, so don't hesitate to mail. a nice skin, why anyone would feel nostalgic for the old skool windows media player is puzzling, but can't argue with the features the skinners have built in!
