SILVER CRYSTAL POWER!
It's Super Sailor Moon in 16-bit glory from the 1996 SNES game Sailor Moon SuperS (a street fighter style game) Oh how i miss those days.This is Sailor Moon using her desparation attack Ginzuishou, by the way. Lots of screenshots, a few Photoshop effects and lots of electric blue was put into this.
